Those who own more than 1 property or had more than $100K assessable income (AI) in 2021 got $100. The amounts range up to a total of $700 for those who own up to 1 property and whose AI less. Both my girls got the full $700 as they only started work towards the end of 2021.

Wow, both your girls have extra money this year! How are they spending it or saving for rainy days? We all got our 100 and am happy with it. Easily gone within the next grocery trip.[/quote]
Not just these handouts - they will get the public sector bonus plus the 13th month as well! Some of it will come to us parents (our 'tax'!) and my husband has suggested that they spread out some of it over a few months, to increase the amount they invest monthly. They will use some of it for Christmas presents and parties, I expect.

And they will get another inflow of cash at CNY!

Wow, your agent very nice. Our agent gave us Swensen’s voucher for the first 8 years… after our policy is fully paid up then, he sort of disappeared.

I think he stops earning once you've reached that stage.

So happy for you! I feel like, you can start focusing more on yourself. It is a fantastic idea to start the young adults on investing too, you’ve brought them up well! I can’t wait for mine to be at that stage.

I guess so.. we haven’t seen nor heard from him in years! Although the policy is deemed effective till we reach 100 years old.
