What I read in ST was that RGS might be moving to the big Raffles family in Bishan. No mention of RGPS though.
http://www.rgs.edu.sg/newsite/, in the middle of the webpage there is some mention of this. -
hi all, may i check if where and when is rgps relocating temporarily when the school undergoes renovation? taking that into consideration of whether to select rgps for my dd. many thanks!

Straits Times News on Possible Relocation of RGS
The article in last Friday’s (28 May 2010) edition of The Straits Times on the possible relocation of RGS may have raised concerns among Primary Six pupils and their parents. RGS gives the assurance that if any decision for the school to relocate is made, the move will not be immediate. Plans for building new premises have to be thoroughly studied and approved before any design or construction can begin. Any project of this scale, from planning to completion, is expected to take 4 to 5 years, and will not affect students joining RGS next year.
Currently there are some RGS CCA groups conducting their activities at the Braddell-Westlake site; the existing buildings in Braddell-Westlake where these activities are held have been refurbished for this purpose only.
RGS would like to assure all stakeholders that should there be any firm decision on this matter, the school will make an announcement and give all concerned ample time to prepare for it.
This is referring to RGS not RGPS. I feel the current plot of land for RGS along steven road is simply too expensive just to accommodate a school. It is really a matter of time our gov will relocate the school and redevelop that area. -
KSP:
Yes, that article refers to RGS the Secondary School. Bishan campus is too crowded as well, so the plan is to move to the Braddell-Westlake site across the road. Looks like they'd have another overhead bridge between the schools now...think HCI-Nanyang; St Pat's-KCStraits Times News on Possible Relocation of RGS
