I prefer projects with a good mix of large and small units over projects with mostly Mickey Mouse units. All the bigger units should be for own stay.

Such mixed developments with integrated mall and transport hub are very popular nowadays!!!
But expect it to be noisy.

I realise I could only buy property for my daughter in her name (ie avoid absd) when she hits 21… is it true she cannot apply hdb until she disposed this property or can she hold on until hdb flat top?

If your daughter hits 21yo but has not started working yet and has no income, she cannot get any bank loan. Then you have to pay in full and in cash if you wanna buy under her name.

Your daughter won’t be able to apply for BTO or get any resale flat if she has a private ppty under her name.

I think she has to dispose her condo, wait for 18mth then can apply a hdb ???

For The Reserve, some 1br has no balcony which is my liking.


I prefer fewer units. The Reserve has 732 units. There us a serviced residence or appt:(

My current condo has only 1br or 2br. And I like it.

I am unlikely to sell to buy a new one.
