Hi MKS, watermelon frost is quite effective for my family too.

Easy way to know whether it is Covid or not, just swab with your ART kit. If swab nose negative, try swab throat with a second kit. When both negative then u can feel more assured. No need worry here worry there.[/quote]
I still have kits at home but just lazy. I have never swab before. But dd2 swab few times. My 2 kids look healthy think likely not va..just that my ulcers just came and it is fast and furious. Also feel the top of mouth skin like thinner also..like sometime we ate too hot soup etc? I just drank half cup isotonic drink with some salt. Just anyhow. I think it was coca cola with salt. Will use watermelon frost.

Coca-Cola May not be a great solution for its load of sugar.

Easiest way is try bittergourd with soup or stir fry yr favourite accompanying ingredients. Bittergourd dishes can taste very nice if u remove the centre core incl the orangy film & soak yr slices in a bowl of icy water.

If yr multiple ulcers persists, I wld certainly adv consulting yr doc to address the issue quickly as u don’t want it to be left untreated for prolonged time. Take care!

I think I will expire first before the sore. The sore's probably numb from all that abuse 😂

I tried before .. it's kinda brutal. But can recover faster, I feel. Eg. if you have some important things to attend to and the ulcers are affecting your speech..then can consider using that mtd.

Ulcers are just injuries to the skin of the inside of the mouth, from a scald, or scratch. They don’t dry up like injuries on the outside skin because they are in a moist environment. TCM says they are from heatiness, and taking cooling stuff does help. But for immediate healing, applying something antiseptic to the ulcer works best. Salt is an antiseptic.

I m recovering. Never thought abt covid when having fever. Consistently 38.6 to 38.9 till I suspected the thermometer may be damaged.

Taken dd2’s old fever medicine with few ml up. I was still doing my things as per normal but just feel abit ‘lazy’ not that active… Less than 48hrs fever all in all…only few hrs after fever subsided, then I started to feel some sore throat …that was when I tested on Fri evening…and the T line appeared so fast that I thought that was a C line to show the test kit is working. Sore throat was painful but luckily for 2 full days. Today est. 85% recovery of sore throat and the line is very faint in the afternoon test. The variant now may be milder.
