Yes indeed. Balloting in Phase 2C (and even for Phase 2B in the recent years) is always for SG <1km. It is impossible to get into Rosyth otherwise.
Living around 2km away means you will need to be in one of the earlier phases to be considered. -

if i can make a choice again, i won’t put my child in roysth. overworked teachers, rude admins, weak values, almost no communication with parents… and a couple of old-school teachers still living in the 80s. new principal not making any difference yet.
there are better schools out there. don’t just chase the name. -
