This is rich. 1 week to campaign INCLUDING 1 day of \"cooling day\" where no one is supposed to talk about the campaigns. This is some \"intense\" election 
Anyway, tomorrow got free holiday. I like election days :evil:

In summary: This is a campaign silence period to give voters some time to reflect rationally on issues raised during the election. This means campaigning is banned and no fresh election advertising shall be published or publicly displayed during the cooling-off period. The rules apply to any person, i.e. candidates, election agents and third parties authorised by a candidate or any of his election agents.
There is no prohibition of private individuals discussing the elections; but the candidates and their teams are not allowed to do any campaigning. -
3/4 of my family get to enjoy the extra PH. But one daughter is on duty from 6am till past 8pm! She only gets 1 hr off for lunch and to vote, and half hour off in the afternoon. I would have thought they should have an early shift and a later shift. She will get a day off in lieu, but I think she should get 1.5 days off in lieu!
