After my Covid, my long Covid trickled off. Only recently had this irritable cough.

Hope u enjoy yr new work & find it fulfilling. I’m sure u hv no problems making new frds. I’ve to be extra careful coz M’sia seemed to be hit by a serious flu situation. I’ve to be extra careful with my MIL.

Forgot there is a queue checking app now - went downstairs, saw the queue, and came back home again! I think there are about 50 pax, including a log of elderly. I'll try again later. It's literally downstairs for me, but unfortunately I can't actually see the queue from my window.

There’ll prob be a lull period after the elderly have voted and the young adults haven’t woken up yet…or i might have an early lunch and go during the typical lunch hour when ppl are out hunting for food! Mine is extremely far away this time (neither walking distance nor have a direct bus).

I should have gone earlier… didn’t know the Q is long. Woke up at 4am to get dd to bed then couldn’t sleep but waited till 8 then go out From queueing to get out fm premise is 40mins. Dh doing it overseas as he is on bz trip.

These 2 days seems to be a little bit disturbed…things shall get better. Planning to have a longer eating time even though trying hard as everytime after meal kept telling myself that’s really enough…food can de stress mah…make ppl happy.


This morning kept thinking go where get what but then ended up just took veg and meat fm fridge. Dds can go out dabao their favourite food if the want.

My polling station is just 1min walk from my house. Initially wanted to vote first but saw the Q number at 120!!! So hubby and I walked over to Novena Sq for breakfast instead.


Realized from news that the long Q was due to system issues from ELD. Very lousy, ELD should have learnt from their bad experience during the last GE not that long ago! Can’t imagine if simple IT resourcing problems cannot even be satisfactorily resolved, how to handle Big Data challenges?

At first I thought all the old folks chiong first. But can’t be 120 old folks bah. 😆

My H says should be not enough CPU to handle the spike in registration numbers. Go to next station could face same issues cos the system should be centralized.
