      Yea I will tell myself 168 or 186 but near to the timing I kinda feel that I can do more .. then add on. So ended up usually I do 20-23hrs for the past 1 wk.

        I was reading abt the IF. It seems there are benefits. Yea true, we need exercise some judgments too..thanks esteema 😄

        Btw, what doc says possible reasons for bleeding?

        His review coming up on 29 Sept. I used to hv a classmate years back, who can nvr step into the canteen for his recess but only stay in classroom coz he’s got ulcer bleeding since young. He can only drink milk & liquid medication.

        I’ve gastric reflux & since aware of my classmate’s at young age, I’m more careful not to give myself stress. A couple of months back, I was having heartburn & quickly got medication to subvert it. Now I’m back to normal, no more heartburn. I’m always mindful to avoid esophagus burning. Eventual might be cancer of that area. So far, thankful.

          If you were to chk on IF, there is healing. Last time I only heard of the IF but never chk …I find it interesting.

            I lost 200g only for yesterday's 😂 it can be demoralizing if the focus just in weight loss.
            Actually, sad to say, what you have achieved is merely a temporary emptying the contents of your stomach. I think we easily eat much more than 200g per sitting 🙂

            I think it's better that we just eat regularly but exercise for 1hr EVERYDAY. And by exercise, I really mean doing something where you start sweating within 10mins. The weight loss won't be a lot, but you will transform your fat into muscles. Better, right? 😂

                Chief…right now I do have feeling that it may be burning fats internally. Coz difficult to get myself exercise. I find fasting is easier. Dont say lose 200g not happy coz I gained it instead of losing during a period.

                    Take care of your stomach and gastric, my doctor is generally not very supportive of my fasting, need energy from the food to support demands of daily activities.


                    I do regular screening of organs to ensure no bleeding or damage.

                      I find that the IF/fasting benefits, fm what I read now, actually quite different from what I understand all these while. Growing up our parents always say must eat proper meals don’t skip etc and true even my mom has gastric when she was young likely due to irregular meal time/skipping meals.


                      Now when we google…it seems that we don’t need to eat so much/let our body have more time without food etc…and that have own benefits… Ikr it is quite ‘confusing’… but true la…maybe I shouldn’t go to extreme side coz once we have gastric think it will follow us.

                      That aside, I am actually quite surprised I could fast… before this, I really eat non stop…quite rarely to have my stomach rest for say 2-3hrs. Now I cook everyday, dabao food and they eat in front of me…plus I kept searching for recipes coz we have family special ‘feast’ days almost every month this year.

                      Yes I will be more sensitive towards issues like gastric pain…think no need ask doctor ba…so far ok.

                      I had my checks on few organs think last or before last year.

                      Btw, how often do we need to chk those organs to ensure no bleeding etc?

                      Funz leh? Think she is did some IF also…

                        How long did you do the 16/8 method? What was yr intention then..to lose weight+other benefits? How do you find it and are you still doing it now?
