Any Mommies in mid-late 30s or over 40 with small children ?

Hi. I'm in my late 30s too. Kids age 11 & 9. It's the age, where I thought I'm still strong but then realize the body takes a while to recuperate after a fall or after a vigirous exercise.

This is exactly what I thought too
I no longer have the energy to chase after young children. Fortunately my kids are getting older, though my 6 year old boy still likes to run off by himself in public, and that really drives me crazy. I cannot run as fast as him ! -

Another contributing factor....kids today take alot of medicine because of rampant flu viruses. I heard if the medicine has steroids in there, it will affect fertility too.
Really ? :shock:
My son used to be the nebulizer a few times a year, his medication contained steroids
Even the cream used for his eczema contained steroids.
Fortunately nowadays his coughing and eczema are in control, no longer need any medication that contains steroids. -

Yeah I have a maid. Previous one left coz contract ends. Current one cannot make it so waiting for 3rd one tomorrow.
