Lately i noticed that lots of hair has been falling even when i simply stroke my hair. Not sure if due to stress or what but im getting worried...been 5 days already. Can suggest remedy/med for this pls? Ty in advance.
I'm a guy and I have been suffering from the male hair loss syndrome for years. Started when I was in my thirties. At first, it was shattering for me šŸ˜‚ I went through all the stages of denial, fixation on some solution, paying through my nose for some remedy, etc... and finally acceptance. After all, less hair means more face šŸ˜†

Of course, it is different for ladies. My wife is always dropping hair, but it always comes back to her (not fair 😢 ) For severe cases, you may want to weave in some hair. I think there is some permanent solution...

In TCM, the condition of your hair is regarded as a reflection of the health of your blood. A famous Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) dermatologist from the middle of the last century, divides sudden hair loss into 4 clinical patterns: blood heat generating wind, qi and blood deficiency, liver and kidney deficiency, and blood stasis. You may go for a TCM doctor to find out which part of your body is losing balance and what kind of herbs have to be taken.

I drop lots of hairs but my hair grows very fast and therefore I have much more hair with people at my same age and have to go for haircut every month.

I think can go first to polyclinic to get a referral lah. Can ask if already tried minoxidil? If not, can try first as it is available otc.
