Flew biz class for work before and for holiday with my family. Recently my friend and I had a discussion about this. I prefer to fly business if it’s overnight flight (if got good deal) so that we/my kids can sleep comfortably and feel refreshed when we touched down early morning go start our day but my friend prefers to fly biz class during the day so that she can enjoy the perks on flight. Makes sense too right cos when we flew overnight, we did not even eat those supper or snacks or dessert etc.

I cannot find the message under MOH/Healthway or keyword Healthier SG. guess we can just go Health hub app to register when need go for first consultation, at anytime?


I just remembered my DH applied for CHAS for us coz he heard his friends say good. But I just keep them in the drawer. Could that be the one? But no first consultation just received physical card

I guess roughly see if you reach places say Europe in the morning..maybe more worth it?

You try to enrol this Healthier SG to see how.

For the 1st consultation, it is free and no need any card. Just bring your ic and if u hv any recent bld test results which u want the doc to be aware, then bring along.

Rem: after signing up, u need to choose your preferred clinic. Thereafter it is best to stick with this clinic. After u hv selected the clinic, u need to book the appt.
