My mum has a very simple yet nice recipe to marinate sliced Fish/chicken/pork.

She said to me 20yrs ago, if I can’t cook well never mind, just remember 3 ingredients:
      酱清、麻油、胡椒粉

Light soya sauce, sesame oil, pepper. Good for marinating all kinds of meat & sliced fish fillet
yups! Taste (savoury/umami), spice and fragrance settled with the 3 ingredients.

Tried at times, often dont do very well due to one or two missing ingredients and timing... 😓
No need to follow recipes exactly - I use them as suggestions!

I don’t follow any recipe too. Usually any of those ingredients…salt, pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger (these usually when make meatballs) crushed garlic. Sometimes add cumin, lemongrass, cajun…I sprinkle while grilling the meat. This week I grilled lamb and pork slices…I just sprinkle some salt and cumin. Sometimes it can be just meat itself with little salt.

No SMS received. On HealthHub, it says \"Pending SMS invite\". It's OK, I'm happy to wait. This month is really busy for me - too many things to do already. I'm just curious why some younger people got invites earlier!
Update: Someone somewhere must have heard me say I'm waiting! Just got the SMS invite this morning! But my husband says he hasn't yet (and he's 4 weeks older than me).

Thanks I did see the news and the website honestly so many words but I can’t simply pinpoint a benefit to it. What is it that I am currently doing that is not in line with healthier sg?

Looks like benefits those with chronic conditions more.

Also, i think the purpose of this initiative is to move the workload from the polyclinics to the heartland GPs for less urgent/chronic conditions. At polyclinics u dont get to choose a fixed doctor, whereas at GP clinics u can make appt with your favourite doctor.

consultations at polyclinics are heavily subsidized and hence relatively affordable.
                        consultations at GP arent.
                        Medicine as well.
Hence I prefer to go to the polyclinics.
