I have a feeling it is more to muscle pull. Good idea on the muscle patch. Dh asked me to take panadol and I told him I need to feel if it is slowly getting better.
Ouch. Try some of those muscle patches. They worked miracles on me.
I got a recurring sharp pain in my right foot, so bad that I hobbled each time it happens. Just a few days ago, it happened when I was starting to do my daily walks. So I rotated my foot and then it was gone. Just like magic. Didn't come back at all during my walk. Must be some loose screw somewhere. -

Oh yes, I can fully u’stand that shoulder pain. I’m getting it more often these days possibly like yrself, fr difficult sleeping position. My young man will help do deep tissue massage to relieve one particular muscle I can’t ease myself. How arh? Is there sth we can do to prevent sleeping in wrong position? I’ve tried putting extra pillows on both sides of my head!
Thanks will take note.
I was unable to turn my head fully abt 2 days. So kinda suspecting sleeping position on a new bed to me. Yesterday sat whole day on chair that's new to me to chk on hotels. So abit tired already then went out walking after dinner.. less than 2km carrrying some weight of 2 packs of yogurts plus some other snacks. Was ok till reached home then the pain came. It was colder b4 and yesterday not that cold as temperature rising these few days. Wanted to book hotel and train tickets yesterday luckily I was not ready. This morning told dh we wait till end of today see how first. -

I just wonder why they have to check so many times and drag so long until they found out plaque in blood vessels and let you suffered from the pain for so long.
I had my pain with feelings of both backaches & as if indigestion or air in tummy. Had them checked so many times last 2 years till this month, discovered I had plaque in blood vessels. I was imagining possibly liver or gall pain as I had been advised I can remove my fall 20 years back, but thot I’ll just leave it since my specialist back then concur that it doesn’t affect me much leaving it as is. I’m thankful I didn’t stop checking on that pain, despite persistent checks that yield no results. Now at least I get to know what exactly the pain was & follow guided treatment. -

Medicine is not an exact science. Doctors will eliminate the most common causes of symptoms first, and less common causes will not be so easily discovered. Many symptoms can be caused by a whole range of problems, and doctors work by probabilities and elimination unless the cause is obvious. It would cost too much, and cause unnecessary pain and inconvenience, to subject every patient to every conceivable test at first presentation. Hospitals and medical resources will also be vastly overstretched. Also, every specialist focuses on their own area of specialty - if the cause is in some other part of the body, he may not consider it until all \"his\" areas are completely investigated.

When I got home, I saw that someone had left 2 big pails out in the open to collect rainwater, and they were full to the brim! Not sure who did that, but they must be very frugal! Or wanting to get unchlorinated water, I guess. -

You’re right in that symptoms can hv many cause. S’times, some throbbing pain may be missed by the least sensitive to their body call-out. Again, it depends on how astute one is in expression of where the pain emits from. As the typical population are not medically trained, a pain that is felt in the fron but emits fr the back, can throw one off fr internal organs which gave cause for grief. So, we depend on the specialist to identify & they in turn depends on our clue s based on our descriptions.

I indeed went thro CT Scan, endoscopy, ECG, but non yield results. I was cleared. This time round, my specialist skip the ECG, since I did my last abt 2 years back. He offered Eco-cardiogram and advised to check my mammogram regularly at my age. So will get it done when return SG. -
