My dotter gotten AL20.
Can be posted to express. I'm staying in Bukit Panjang, the only G3 class is at Zhenghua secondary.
I'm thinking whether is it possible to go G2 classes instead at either Swiss Cottage or Bukit Panjang Govt High at 22-23?

Maths - 6
Science - 6
Chinese - 3

Hello. AL20 is Express stream only, no option to choose G2 (formerly known as NA) stream. This should be clearly stated on the results slip.

So the child cannot go to Swiss Cottage or Bukit Panjang High NA stream (or even Express there) at all.

U will have to pick another school.

About 70% of the cohort qualified for G3, IMHO it’s demoralising for the kid to go G2. Starting sec school in G3 gives the kid a chance to start afresh and work hard. And lateral transfers are not as easy as it sounds

With FSBB, students will no longer be grouped into form classes by their posting groups. And posting groups will not define students school experiences and future pathways. It will be about students’ performance in each subject :

For this set of results

English - 5
Maths - 6
Mother Tongue - 5
Science - 5

If accepted into PG3, all 4 subjects will be taken at G3 level?

If accepted into PG2, Math has to be taken at G2 level
and the other 3 subjects have to option to be taken at G3 level? So the only difference is on the Math subject between PG3 and PG2?
