Had my MeTime yesterday. Walked more than 18.5k steps. Slowly walked the same street and finding the 'old similar feeling' when dd was few months old..Met dds for dinner affter picking them up. Dd says my face seems whitened or is it due to the lighting..and when saw dh at night, dh says face has lesser dark patches now ..asked if it was very stressful then. I replied yalor it has been stressful. Power of MeTime 😂 This morning more than 1kg down though I snacked along the way and at night. Happy to have it down a bit before it goes up again. Had nice gathering night before. Last week went for 3 days fastings to shed of extras from a trip. Go up is super fast.

I just came bck from europe. Vaping is every where among teens to old as it is easily available in malls.
Too common now. peer influence and peer pressure is a crucial factor too, to them it is normal. So bad for health..
hope WHO can issue some control or something as this is damaging to health
Saw cannabies vending machines too , in two places.

my girl said can smell in sch toilets too, some time :((

That's counterintuitive for infection control! Unless you mean that you are always alone indoors. The mask requirements were lifted for outdoors earlier than indoors because we are less likely to be infected outdoors. And I always wonder if I will get a bi-coloured face if I wear masks in the sun a lot. Anyway, I've stopped wearing masks altogether unless required (like at clinics).
I been wearing mask long b4 covid..it is always as form of protection fm sun. During covid not much adjustment coz already used to it..but slowly I feel I need some air so reduced the mask wearing time. Slowly slowly I find myself almost not wearing it when indoors. Sometimes wil try to wear it esp when just step into a bldg but will take it off after a short while. Think no bicolor except the panda eye coz mask+cap/umbrella.

To add: tho is more 放心now. It is still better to take some precautions..coz we don't know when we could hit by the more serious symptoms.

I think there’s lack of forward planning by MOH that there will be a spike in COVID cases during year end period. Not enough test kits and hospital bed crunch. Pity the nurses and all other healthcare workers.

I couldn’t get hold of ART kits from Watson and Guardian. So many people kena COVID this season, how can it be attributed to people hoarding test kits? Every COVID patient buys one box to test himself, the test kits also not enough to go round lah.
Quite sad to see MOH blame the citizens for hoarding but fails to reflect on themselves.

DH and DD have been coughing for the past 2 weeks already but tested negative though.

Vaping is common is other countries but hope Singapore will continue to be stringent, especially in tertiary institutions.

Vaping can become an addiction and long term, it can cause a host of health problems to the students

School toilets , may not be easy to catch unless teacher went in n smell it immediately or reported by peers .
even some pri students get hold of it , maybe took/steal from home (parents or relatives).
when my boy was in Jc already had such vaping thing (2yrs+ago)
