I think there’s lack of forward planning by MOH that there will be a spike in COVID cases during year end period. Not enough test kits and hospital bed crunch. Pity the nurses and all other healthcare workers.

I couldn’t get hold of ART kits from Watson and Guardian. So many people kena COVID this season, how can it be attributed to people hoarding test kits? Every COVID patient buys one box to test himself, the test kits also not enough to go round lah.
Quite sad to see MOH blame the citizens for hoarding but fails to reflect on themselves.

DH and DD have been coughing for the past 2 weeks already but tested negative though.
Coughing can be long de. See if pear with bei & nan xing can sooth a bit.

Vaping is common is other countries but hope Singapore will continue to be stringent, especially in tertiary institutions.

Vaping can become an addiction and long term, it can cause a host of health problems to the students
School toilets , may not be easy to catch unless teacher went in n smell it immediately or reported by peers .
even some pri students get hold of it , maybe took/steal from home (parents or relatives).
when my boy was in Jc already had such vaping thing (2yrs+ago)

sounds low.... but my relatives i heard ,can get into unisim , suss with poly dip. And i think maybe depends on the courses applied.
SUSS, SIT, SUTD are considered local govt uni too
During our era was like 15% or 20% of the poly cohort could get into Uni? Now the ratio has increased to like 33%? SIT and SUTD were created to cater for a higher demand of Poly students wanting to move on to do a technical-related degree locally.

Wikipedia claims that 8% poly dip students went NUS/NTU/SMU full time studies? I suspect the rest of the Poly students probably went to SUSS, SIT and SUTD.

Suss will need A or a local diploma as min to get into a Bachelor degree. Must get it elsewhere first.

yah lor, scent /taste variety ( prob got coffee or tea flavour too for adults) ,no need lighter, light to carry
young may see this as fashion, 😓 difficult to control when they are overseas as their peers carry this like chewing
                        gums..
sg police must be strict on vaping !
