I was closing the year and opening the new year with house work. I m taking it as part of spring cleaning. Glad that dryer is still at home. Was looking to give away/disposed when I got my standalone freezer but didn't materialize.
Am doing some spring cleaning too.
As usual, I accumulated much \"rubbish\" during the year and I feel happy to make space for new things.

I do enjoy watching videos in FB on decluttering, cleaning etc.

You will be surprised that we can live with just few things. Those things which you hv not been using for a year or two, can probably be discarded.

Actually true. We buy so many clothes but some of us always like to wear that few pieces

I’m doing a fair bit of quick spring cleaning today too! We gave away some of our winter wear to the vagabonds at our last stop in Germany. Now, clearing abit more so as not clutter. Soon, I’ll need to fill up some space for CNY goodies.

Rest of today till Fri will finish my Wagashi designs & start making fresh ones for all designs by Fri for my Sat gathering. Gets my adrenaline up!

As we grow older, we will realize that some clothings & items we choose are fr a moment of emotion (love the cute look, the material, the design, popularity, etc but we forget to be rational & look at whether the fashion fits our physique, our personality or age. I’ve learnt to forgive myself & learn to buy with abit more wisdom.

As I age, I realized I do not want to change ard with fashion & keep a whole wardrobe my one body can’t keep up with. At least, if I keep the bare minimum, I don’t hv as hard a decision to throw or ‘waste’.

Happy that my wardrobe is totally rid of working clothes & jacket suits! Passé in my life.

Thank you dear. I’m quite done but still giving myself ‘new’ target - to make the paste smoother, less sweet & try out with different natural fruit dyes. I’ve decided to replace dragonfruit for the red color as there’s a distinct raw taste fr beetroot.

Using matcha, instead Pandan but need time to adjust the dough ratio when using powder form as opposed to using Pandan juice.
