Hi i am new thus no idea how the reply works please excuse me 😅

But yes to those asking, I paid the agency $7,250 to be exact for the first one. When we sent back the first helper, we had to cash out additional $2,8++ if I remember correctly for our second helper’s air tickets etc.

I discontinued and blocked all contacts with the agency after an extremely terrible after service he gave us. We were very angry as we found out the first helper was already someone with attitude problem even before she got us as an employer but decided to give them a chance so got another one from them. When we called them to inform him of something the helper did, his reply was “i do not want to be involved and im sorry i have to end the call” when I confronted him for being rude he said he was really busy so hope I understand. 😅

As long as you think it is unintentional, you should try to overlook the issue. But you should occasionally pine for the tea cup and show that you missed and value it. It will make it a point that it is something you treasured and so is very important to you. He will understand it and be more careful next time.

You got a man as a housemaid? I've never known that is possible.
Yes, he was really sorry and improved a lot after that, so yes i think it was unintentional (stockings damages).
Yes, we have a male housemaid, good english speaker, car license driver, in Europe we used to have a male housekeeper as well, guy from Portugal in that case. As long as they do what I request i am fine, no inclinations tbh.
The last woman maid was horrible, so we decided for younger male (call him butler in UK).
Ok, so bottom line is, no chargers for damages, i kinnda agree here unless it is going to happen very often, then just switching maid is another idea . Thank you

Hi, just to ask if anyone need a maid? My maid used to take care of my mother in law who was stroke. My mother in law just passed away recently, hence the maid is not needed anymore. My maid was from Myanmar, she has good attitude and followed instructions well, I am quite satisfied with her work. Please contact me Ms Wu 98296828 if you are interested.

Hi, can I know if the domestic helper is allowed to go Malaysia/JB with her friends during her off day? Is there any regulation on this that I can find in MOM websites. Thanks.

They can but i suggest not to. If anything were to happen you will have a big headache.
