My maid agency is horrible . When u need to find a replacement, she has no or little biodata for you to consider . So how to claim the free one time replacement? Her biodata is not accurate and misrepresented. And when her maid runs away and found , we had to handle the stressful situation ourselves. As our agent , we were looking to them for advice, like what will happen, what we should do, etc some indication? But no, this is the worst kind u can get . Also go around telling other potential customers bad things about her existing clients . Never listen to customers and will not support you in any ways when something is not right. Previously, I had another case with the same agency , we employed a helper for our mom and turns out she has TB, the medical checkup clinic in spore sign her off as suitable to work even though they indicated TB as the medical comdiyion she had. Hello! You can try goodlink resources maid agency, dealed with them afew times, even intro them to many of my family members and friends & had very good experience.. 80784463 You can try and ask. I like their after service.. I heard alot of bad experiences with maid agency so I'm very particular on it.. it's an old maid agency btw.. very humble and efficient. Most important honest! 👍
