Any comments on hillv2 for sec 2 n Sec 3 class next year?

Hi anyone has feedback on their quality at Balmoral branch? focus on a success for P6/PSLE in 2024 for standard Chinese. I see some comments about higher Chinese. Is it good for standard Chinese too?
Also, it seem they accept a referral code and we can choose a teacher? care to share a referral code and good teacher for Balmoral branch pls? -
