Hi, thinking of enrolling my son in 2b at SAPS vs West Spring Pri, which is literally downstairs of my block. Any opinions? 5 mins drive vs 2 min walk.
I guess you will have to ballot for West Spring Pri in Phase 2C? Why not just go for SAPS in 2B and wait to see the competition for West Spring in 2C?

So I guess your answer is go for SAPS right? The good point is that it’s affiliated to SJI, might help a little for my kid’s psle in case he doesn’t do well. Was thinking of that, until a playground was set up under my block. Literally every kid who played there is from WSP, if I go for SAP, then he might not have much friends below, but if I go for WSP, lots of friends downstairs but I can’t help him go to a better secondary school. Headache, any advice?

Can I also ask, if I am successful in 2b at SAPS, can I ballot again 2C at WSP? In case 2C not successful I still have 2b at SAPS. Pls advise thk u

You can ballot again at 2C for WSP but you will have to withdraw your 2B at SAPS. Hence there is no such thing as \"still have 2B at SAPS when balloting is not successful at 2C\".

You mean to go for 2b at SAP, then see how many apply for 2c at WSP, if 2c is not too oversubscribed, then decide whether to withdraw 2b and register 2c at WSP? Is this what u mean? Is it possible to know the figures of 2c availability before balloting? Pls advise

Yes. That's what I mean. So the last day of Phase 2C is a very important day.

You will only know the number of places remaining and the total number of applicants for that Phase. You will not know how many applicants are local citizens, PRs, foreigners, etc.

Hi, just want to reach out to those parents staying at Bukit Panjang, on your views and opinions sending your kids to SAPS vs the neighborhood schools in the area.

@ChiefKiasu hello May I know what about those applying under 2C (1-2KM) parents & child are Singaporean citizens what are the chances? Or any parents here successfully got in under this category as well can share some light?
