Another wet and cool morning. Cannot walk cos of the rain, feeling lazy as well. So ordered prata. Think it’s been years since I last had prata. Gonna eat and maybe regret but oh well, YOLO.

Prata, I buy frozen prata coz I like it just as it is and dds like them sprinkled with some sugar.

Hawker prata is more tasty than bought frozen ones , eat once a while ok lar

When I cook curry chicken at home , I will pan fried the frozen prata .n eat together . yummy too 😋

I find frozen not bad..maybe I like the 'flour' taste


I m thinking of getting iron cast double dutch oven..coz read that good for artisan bread so would like to try. I think better go for the non enameled surface right as the enameled one is a non nonstick and also that I don't handle pots gently one. I m also thinking if that is an impulse coz need maintenance and it is very heavy.

I like the prata and Nasi Lemak from Cafe O in IMM but recently when I went to IMM, Cafe O was already gone ?! Don’t know why, thought the business was very good.
