Anyone recd Crescent’s leadership email?
I’ve just recd PHS rejection email. Good that they at least send that.
My girl is going for kcpss leadership interview on 15 jul.

@temjin68 I see, I see… Sorry I missed that part out. I have some info I know & I can share (based on my last year’s experiences) with DSA track & field applications to powerhouse girls’ schools like SNG, Cedar & NYGH. Heh, not so much for other sports and DSA domains, so sorry cannot help u much.

@temjin68 I believe most trials will come with interviews thereafter, depending on whether your child is selected after his/her trials. I only had a personal 1-time experience of my child having no interview after her trial at Cedar, and then the Confirmed Offer (CO) came in. So yes, she did not go through an interview at that time. But I was also told that these instances are not common. My personal view is that the interview questions for track & field are pretty standard across Cedar, SNG & NYGH. But i cannot speak for other sports and DSA domains like I mentioned.

@Sonny7RG7 Happy to hear that you have made SNG as one of your choices. You can take note that if u are given a CO or WL from SNG, SNG will usually conduct a final info cum Q/A session for kids/parents close to the end of Oct, just before you access the DSA portal to accept and rank your DSA offers. In addition, if you are eventually accepted into SNG, please also note that SNG has the habit of starting their Sec 1 Orientation during the last week of Dec. So yes, it means that you have to plan your Dec vacation dates well.
