@revils_ling he is joking about that! 🀑 anyway lets just wait patiently and eventually we will know. No matter what, our kids did their best to reach for their dream and its an achievement to have come so far 😁

as per my understanding during the open house, not called for interview means either get CO or reject. Only those who need further assessment will be called for interview.

@silenthill Congrats on receiving WL for your child! Based on past year threads, a WL from NUSH is as good as CO. πŸ‘πŸ˜Š

@silenthill Congrats on getting WL! Maybe they have other considerations but I think WL as good as CO. The past threads mentioned some CO will go for other schools, hence the WLs get converted to COs. πŸ‘

@revils_ling We didn’t rec any email. Time to move on~ All the best for ur child’s SST round 2! 😊

@revils_ling Just receive the rejection email from NUSH. 😒 Can move on already. They should just send out the email together with CO & WL.

@AngieHo yes, I agree with u. The fact that we waited for almost an entire day just to receive bad news didn’t help at all. Anyway. another one done and dusted for us. Shall see if my DS still wants to give this β€œpicky” school another go in November. All the best for the kids next week’s orals and for the prelims + psle papers ahead! πŸ’πŸ’πŸ’

@melting_starz did u check your inbox and spam? They would have sent the emails to both addresses provided in the initial DSA application. I spent dinner time feeling dejected before I was ready to break the bad news to my kid. Mainly because this was a school I always thought would fit him well, ever since I read about it 6-7 years ago. But maybe I was wrong? Whatever the case, he’ll have to face the music again in school today since at least 5 of his peers have received good news yesterday morning. And at the end of today, we’ll still be able to feel happy for his friends, and he’ll still be able to get on with his prelims + psle prep.

Thanks for being on this short lived journey with us! All the best for your DC for SST! πŸ’

For now, I’m not too sure if my kid still wants to go ahead for SST camp, especially since he hasn’t decided what he wants to do for the 1-min show n tell yet. πŸ˜…
