      Hi fellow parents!

I wanted to share something that really helped my kids stay healthy, esp over school holidays —because if your house is like mine, school breaks usually mean someone’s down with a cough, fever, or tummy bug.

I’ve got a 3-year-old and a 5-year-old, usually school holidays = coughs, fevers, and tummy upsets to me. Between the late nights, extra snacks, and all the playdates, someone always ends up sick—and it usually spreads to the rest of us too 😵 .

Over the past few months prior, I’ve been hearing more and more from friends about probiotics helping with kids’ immunity. So I figured, why not let my kids try it?

I didn’t expect much at first. But after a couple of months on it, I realised something quite amazing: my kids haven’t been falling sick like they usually do. Even when both my husband and I caught something recently, they stayed completely well the whole time (which never happens!).

Another bonus—both of them have been having💩 more regular bowel movements💩 too, which was something we always struggled a bit with, especially with my younger one.

Out of curiosity, I did some digging into the ingredients (the kiasu mum in me came out 😅) and found that it includes clinically studied strains and natural prebiotics like HMOs and inulin, which are supposed to be great for gut and immune health, and even brain health. It honestly gave me more peace of mind to know there’s a lot of credible research behind it.

Of course, every child is different—but I just wanted to share this 😍 because I know how stressful and heartbreaking it is watching your little ones go through repeated cycles of sickness.

If anyone wants to know more, feel free read more about the supplement here: Thomson ProbioGut

Hope everyone’s enjoying the holidays—and that your kids stay strong, happy, and healthy! ♥ 💪
