I spoke to the school and was told that Rosyth will be the last school in Singapore to convert to a single session. The deadline MOE stipulated for all schools to convert to a single session is 2016. Rosyth will shift to a holding site, expand the current school and shift back again.

We are worried that the holding site would be far from the exisiting one. My child will be starting her Pri 1 in 2012... wonder if she would be spending most of her years in pri school education at the holding site.:(

The figures just mean the available places after the completion of phase 1. There will certainly be places left for phases that come after phase 2A1 since it is unlikely phase 2A1 will take up all the remaining places.
