Groupchat bullying - cyber bullying

Hi parents
I’m looking for suggestion how to deal with the bullies.

My child started Sec1 this year & was okay with his group of peers till recently. Well Boy A & Boy B started to constantly talk bad & isolate this Boy C who is from the same group & even start a groupchat to say nasty things about Boy C. Somehow now the attention turn to my child , A & B started groupchat to talk about my boy - fill with vulgarity . My boy will exit from the group but they keep adding him back into the chat . End up my boy block them. When my boy confronted A , A said they just want to “roast” him , why cannot . Groupchats are fill with quite a number of classmates. Well A & B is teacher’s pet & “ popular” in class.

Well my boy didn’t want to inform teachers , would like to ask parents here could give me some suggestions?
Honestly I cannot stand the bullies arrogant & how they manipulate the classmates .

I totally get your frustration—this sounds really stressful for both you and your child. First, it’s good that your boy is setting boundaries by exiting and blocking the chat; that shows he’s trying to protect himself.

Even if he doesn’t want to go to teachers yet, documenting everything (screenshots of the chat, dates, what was said) can be really helpful if it escalates. You could also gently encourage him to talk to a trusted teacher or school counselor, emphasizing that it’s not “snitching” but protecting himself.

At home, reinforcing his confidence and letting him know he’s not alone matters a lot. Sometimes, having a plan together for what to do if A & B approach him again can give him a sense of control. If it keeps up, involving the school is necessary—popularity shouldn’t let them bully with impunity.
