Happy Saturday! Hope all families and parents have had a great start to the weekend šŸ™‚

We have just released an article discussing the topic of helping children embrace change with confidence.

It often begins with something small. A new classroom. A different teacher. A shift in routine that was once familiar.

At first, the reaction may be subtle, a hesitation, a question, a slight resistance. In other moments, it may be more visible. A child who was once comfortable becomes quieter, or less willing to engage. The change itself may not seem significant to an adult, but to a child, it represents something unknown.

And it is often the unknown, more than the change itself, that creates unease.

Do give it a read and let us know your thoughts!

Happy Tuesday! Hope all families and parents have had a great week so far šŸ™‚

We have just released an article discussing the topic of teaching children self-awareness and owning mistakes.

It is a moment that often passes quickly, but reveals a great deal.

A child looks at a piece of work they have just completed. There is a small mistake, something they might have noticed if they had paused a little longer. For a brief second, they see it. Then, just as quickly, they move on. The work is handed in. The moment is gone.

Nothing is said. Nothing is corrected. But something has quietly taken place. The child has made a choice, not about the answer, but about whether to acknowledge what they already knew.

We have just released an article discussing the topic of navigating setbacks from school to working life.

For many students, there is an unspoken belief that life moves in a relatively straightforward direction. Study hard. Perform well. Progress steadily.

For years, the structure of school reinforces this idea. There are clear goals, measurable outcomes, and relatively predictable systems. Effort often translates visibly into grades, recognition, or advancement. Even setbacks, while disappointing, usually come with another opportunity; a next assignment, another examination, or a chance to improve.

Then comes the transition into the working world. And for many young adults, it is the first time they realise that progress no longer moves in such a straight line.
