      Hello Mummies and Daddies,

I am currently providing One-on-One Math home tuition (I travel to students’ place or any neutral venue). I started off in 2009 on a part time basis and am doing this on a full time basis now. Very devoted and committed towards students; accepts queries from students outside of lessons’ time so that they do not have to wait till the next lesson to seek help.

A true example of one who was so weak at Math when he was younger to slowly becoming better and eventually completing a Mathematics degree at Nanyang Technological University, I know how it feels to actually be ‘bad’ in Math. I hope to be able to motivate and encourage you; being weak now does not mean you are going to be weak forever!

I was very thankful to be able to read a major I was passionate about back in Nanyang Technological University, and now combining the 2 things I enjoy (Children and Math) for my everyday lives.

In addition to local students, I had tutored quite a number of international students, both from local schools and international schools (IGCSE); I am able to teach each individual differently, each catered to their specific needs as I recognise there is no ‘One-Size-Fits-All’ method for all students.

More than just a result oriented tutor, I believe the key to ultimate success is the continued communication with parents to highlight any possible ways to help the child become better and more interested in learning Math.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to engage me to tutor your child for Mathematics.
