      Actually it is not surprising. Phase 2A2 is not yet started. For ACSP, the historical TUR up to Phase 2A has always been more than 80%, leaving less than 20% for Phase 2B and 2C :shock:

        I think the trend of no balloting within 1km for ACSP in P2C will end this year... So many new, high-rise condos in the 1km vicinity!

          I strongly agreed what you said.

          For me, it's a very worrying trend (hope to send my boy to ACSP but not being an old boy, only way out is to try to get in from 2B which is very competitive).
