Phase 3 is first-come-first-served. That means you will have to check which schools still have places available after phase 2C Supplement. Then on 30th Aug, be the first ones to arrive at the school with places available to register. As long as the school still has places left, you will be accepted. So not necessary for you to register at more than one school.
Looking at http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/content/choa-chu-kang, the schools with available places after 2C Supp are Kranji Primary and Teck Whye Primary. -
i was eyeing CCK primary and Concorde.... anyways, as of now just hoping that my son gets into some local school... -

max of 66 places.
balanced places after phase 2A2 are splitted 50:50 between phase 2B & phase 2C.
Any balance from phase 2B will naturally go into 2C. -

These 66 are for phase 2B. There are another 66 for phase 2C.
If not all 66 places are filled in phase 2B, the leftovers are added to the pool in phase 2C. -

These 66 are for phase 2B. There are another 66 for phase 2C.
If not all 66 places are filled in phase 2B, the leftovers are added to the pool in phase 2C.
last year there was spillover from 2B coz supply > demand so 2C got more seats....... so even when there was balloting last year, chances were still higher than other years.

but years before 2009, De La Salle balloted for phase 2B, demand > supply. And since South View TUR is now 78%, some parents (grassroots) may decide to switch to De La Salle.
