Last year, at Maris also very kan cheong at phrase 2B. We sat with 2 other sets of parents just before lunch counting & checking whose coming at what. Then at the end of the day, wah kept calling the school to find out then … exceeded by 1!! They say according to MOE, still must ballot wor! So next day called again just to confirm balloting date but hurray, the 99th applicant for the 98 places was part of a set of twins which they consider as 1 application so in the end, no need to balloting, what a big relief. Hope all the mummies & daddies here who apply need not go thr’ the stress of balloting & if still must ballot, hope you all get in & be part of the Maris family!

I registered this morning liao. Have to queue up… most were >2km like us! Now only 20seats left for 2B. Let’s pray not too many will go tomorrow or pull out last minute from other schools to come here.

I think it will go into balloting since SJIJ and CHS are already oversubscribed by now. So some of these seeing MHS still have 20, may think that they have chance and start to swarm over!!! :rant:

I registered at MS today also!


So i guess it will be "See you all nex Wed for balloting??" (Although i hope it wont happen!?)
