l wanted to try my luck for the TNS in phase 2c as i m within 1km...but now i get kan cheong n lookin for an alternate route...

between temasek n chij kc, which one shld i go...i m within 1km from chij kc?

i was thinking since chij is afflitated to Katong convent secondary,it may help my girl somehow with the psle with some additional points.

But i wonder is Katong convent secondary a gd school?

Haha kanecher, i sure dun mind u competing with me for a place in tao nan....dun kan cheong but try ur luck lah.....u never know wat will turn out 2 b.

I m oso in the same shoe as u. but i believe if it is urs, it will b urs...so juz keep ur fingers xxx.

If u realli like tao nan, u should try for it first during phase 2c. If we failed then, mayb we can consider chij or ngee ann primary or tanjong katong primary. Tao nan does not have phase 2c supplementary.

2 years ago, it seems ngee ann and chij did not even have a phase 2c supplementary. I heard that tanjong katong is like an international school, MOE version. So, depends on how you view that.

Ngee Ann Pri is affiliated to Ngee Ann Sec.. But I believe both schools are quite alright.. definitely TNS is still the best among the 2..

i wonder how tns is goin to conduct the ballot?? i tried to be PV but was voted out. So for headstart to the rest, it is a very stress n kan cheong moment....jus like waiting for my baby to come out from d tummy..

Now worst come to worst, I will set up a tent outside NAPs or tkps or chij to chope a place.

You won't need to do that...phase 2C and phase 2C Supp are not first-come-first-serve.

Just called the school. Out of 74 applicants, 59 are within 1km.

???? how did you get that information? You mean the school will offer that information readily?
If the # of applicants remain as it is and the above information is true, then those within 1km will all get in leaving 3 spots up for ballot for those 1-2KM.
Do you know the ratio of Singapore citizens vs PR in this pool of within 1km? Since if balloting is needed within 1km, then this number of chances thing comes into play.
