Just back from Rosyth registration… now already cross the 50 number mark…

A day or 2 after the result date.

MOE will publish the schools that will be balloting and for what distance. And we will post those information here as well. And the registration status breakdown by distance is posted on noticeboards at the school and periodically updated bny the registration staff.

Usually, each school has about 2 registration counters. So depends on the arrival pattern of the parents.

Half day is more than enough. When I registered last year, it took about 15min.

Need to clarify a bit here. For P2C, on the third day afternoon are we able to see the latest result of the applications vs vacancies by distance (e.g <1km>2km) in the school itself? Tks in advance.

Some schools put the numbers up, while others don't. For those which don't, you will have to speak to the staff.

Really!!! No need to ballot for Rosyth!!! Ahhhhhh :rahrah: I called them earlier, and the office person said that applications likely exceeded 56.

We were looking for schoold with good track of acedemic excellence, as it showed how well the quality of education in that perticular school.

Yangzheng scores quite high, in fact, it is after the most sought after Rosyth in Serangoon area.

Also, the school is celebrating it 105 years of anniversary this Friday, a school with this long history shows that they have remarkable heritage - something that we look out for as well. We were in the school for many hours, and observed the students were well behaved, good dedicated teachers and yes, next to Zhonghua - a very good secondary school.
