This figures is when I left around 2.45pm. I saw many parents waiting outside. Estimate another 7-10 more parents.

Wabiang, really sianz man! I thot got very good chance, historically for MS phase 2B no need to ballot leh. So do we have to be present for the ballot, if not, when will we know if we got a place or not?
