Parent2008:
Hi, I am keen to know how you would consider renting a place but not actually staying there for the duration of your kid's Primary School education a felony. How is that different from buying a place and selling the place later. Or for the matter of fact, how some PRs (sorry, nothing against PRs) rent for 2 years and move on to bigger unit 2 years later......Sorry, I very blur......tot very common.

Hi, need advice.
My hubby is ex-ACS(P), and im ex-RVPS.
I have a son and daughter.
Should i enroll my son to ACS(P) and my daughter to RVPS, where we are not staying near both schools ?
Or should i enroll both to RVPS ?
Headache -

Dear Dearee, I hope your kids are not due for P1 Registration this year because the opportunity for alumni priority (ie. Phase 2A2) has already passed.Hi, need advice.

And since you are asking for an opinion as to whether it is better to have both children in the same school, I will say it depends mainly on your family's ability to multitask with 2 children in 2 different schools. Being in the same school has economics of scale - your 2nd child can benefit from the learnings of your 1st child, you can send them both together to the school on a single journey, teachers will know both children quite well (\"ah, so you are the sister of ah boy!\"), etc.
Some parents prefer kids to go to single sex schools. -

Nope, they are not due for this year P1 registration.
Just that we are planning to move as near as possible to the schools we going to enroll both of them.
So if i enroll both of them to RVPS, am i stupid that i forgo a direct chance to go ACS(P) for my son ?
If i enroll to diff school, yes, it will be tough on the multi tasking. And i felt bad to my daughter.
If you are me, what will you do ?
THanks for your reply ! -
