Anyone has update regarding phase 2B balloting for HIPS whether 1-2km or for >2km only?

Am I wrong to assume that balloting should be in >2km only, looking at the number - 58 for 56 places?

I mean, it can't be only 3 applied in the >2km category, rite? :?

Sorry for being selfish, just hoping that those in 1-2km need not ballot for a place.

If all 58 applicants are living within 1km, then it will be balloting for
< 1km only. All others would have been rejected since there are not enough places to accommodate them.

So we really don't know HIPS will be balloting for which distance category until we get a distance breakdown from the school or MOE.
