The CL Teacher guessed had some medical problem where no longer teach the class. Just knew that a new CL teacher had taken over.

Hi All,

Anyone have a copy of the consent form for the P1 Learning Journey- Radin Mas Neighbourhood Trail? Seem like my DS did not bring the form from the school. If have please email me!

Hi titank!

Are you attending your son’s performance later today? If so, can obtain from the General office.

My son has already submitted his form, hence, I am unable to assist.

Or, I can help you obtain a copy from the General Office later, and send it to you tomorrow. Please let me know.

Yes would be attending the performance in the school later.
In that case I would go to the General Office obtain the consent form.

I want to apply for PV in Radin Mas, but I can’t find the application form on its website.

Can any one tell me where to download "Parent Volunteer Application Form" from Radin Mas? or how to apply?

Thanks in advance.
