look at your neighbours, to buy landed properties, you either have to be a singaporean or SPR with approval from Min of Law. I have neighbours who bought condo units, terrace, semi-D and detach houses in the recent years. They don’t look or sound like singapore born. be it dark or fair.


I am not again our migration policy and certainly not holding grudges against any SPRs or new acquired SCs. I welcome competition when it comes to P1 registration. But looking at the numbers, felt that SCs should desire a bit more. We have made scarifice be it National Service or heeding the nation’s call to procreate.

simple, ask the staff manning the registration, Singapore born e.g. SXXX1234G vs Foreign born SCs vs SPRs S2XXX123F lor. How do you account for the 54 applied to date for RGPS compared 06 to 09.

You have to stay within 1km from these schools to know, they are all around here. Listen and you know what i mean. We can tell whether we are are singaporeans when we open our mouths.

Hi Juanthedragon, still dont get you. How can you tell the SPRs converted to SCs -- you mean conversion will have a different set of IC numbers? :?

Btw, dont think you can really tell singaporeans or not cos actually to be honest, most malaysians also talk like us.

Yes, for our children. The registration form requires NRIC/Place of birth for the registering parent/s.
