I’m wondering if Tao Nan has P1 exams for next year.

I read from the newspapers that some schools have no exams for P1 and P2.

Gosh, it's been so long ago. Think teacher read sentences n the kids to pick the correct answer on the script. Usually teacher will practice with them before exam. Hope this helps

:? is it the same as the English where they are given verbal instruction where to draw, draw what shape, use what colour, etc? :?

Just asked my son today and he told me teacher will read a sentence in Mandarin, eg A boy kicking a football. The students are to tick/circle the correct picture on the exam paper. They will be given maybe 3 to 4 pictures showing boys doing different actions, eg reading book, playing badminton etc and the students will need to pick up the correct picture to coincide with the sentence read by teacher. I hope he remembered it correctly. Also, hopefully, the format is still the same as 4 years ago when he was P1.
