This type is probably 厲鬼 so I doubt negotiation can do much to them… I guess the only way is to move somewhere else.

        Supernatural things: 可以不信 不可不敬

I will joke on anything but not religious and supernatural issues.

My old house back in taman jurong was scarier…

My bro had a very strong ‘3rd eye’, he didn’t tell us until he grew to be a teenager. So you can imagine how scary it was with no-one to support you. He would wake up in the middle of the night to say he was scared, but he refused to even speak about what had scared him.

His 3rd eye is so strong that he can see any non-living, in the day and night, anywhere he goes. No being can hide from him type. Imagine like the modern day ‘Constantine’ Keanu Reeves starred in.

Our old house had this mother and child that lived there. They were the ‘residents’. It tried to scare my bro. He described the mother had worn a very traditional chinese wedding gown, with the heavily beaded ‘helmet-like’ hair accessory-with dangling beads in front of her face. One part of her face looked normal, the other… he told me he can’t go on to describe. She would smile at him with her normal face and then use her hand to remove the dangling beads to reveal her other not-so-normal face. Our dog would bark uncontrollably and we had to scold her to stop. But we just didn’t know why it barked. That’s the scarey part.

But that house gave us our first family business that we could finally afford our very first family car and a decent 5 room flat at jurong. That place was very dirty, bec my bro would always see ‘beings’ lingering around.

Oh my goodness… ya…can’t imagine how your bro went through that… Really poor thing when a child has to go through that. I think these days best not to ignore children’s abnormal behavior or take it too lightly. Of course we are not being over paronoid here but best to handle cases like that with care, I suppose.

So can your bro still see those wandering spirits??? Is it true you could ‘remove’ the 3 eyes?

Eeeee... winth... my goosebumps refusing to tame down liao.

Niwae, here's my sharing... I had a pal who lived in a beautiful colonial
ala-barrack-house at Seletar. Both our families wud be doing stuff
together from morning to night. She has 3 children - one with mild
autism. And we heard from some people that special children can
see things we can't.. Dunno the truth about that but her daughter
one day, definitely saw something that i will never forget, tho' we
were unable to see... what she saw... well, that's supposed to be
              a good thing.. (gulp!)

One night i was supposed to get a ride but my ride couldn't make
it, so my friend sent me out to nearest available taxi stand.. Along
the way, it was so quiet my hair stood and i asked her, \"Anything?\"
She looked at me straight in the eye like she was possessed... and
asked, \"Did you see anything on our way out?\" I shook my head...

\"Ermm, actually ya.. the Malay auntie at the bus-stop only lah..
Nothing weird about that, right? What was i supposed to see?\"

              My friend.....

She zoomed at top speed and sent me straight home.

(gulp!... i wasn't supposed to see the lady actually...)

              :!:

Another one to share. Same pal... Same house... Now after this u figure..

One night, we were all going out for supper. S was seated nearest to
the window, where she really likes it... so that she can look outside...
As we passed the 3rd tree along the way out from the house, S said,
\"Mama, can you slow down a bit?\" Thinking nothing of it, my friend
                did lah..

When we both turned back to see what's up, we saw S looking up at the
4th tree. She smiled and waved up where a long branch was seen..
So my friend asked, \"Who were you smiling to? Is our neighbour
(a kid her age) still awake?\" S then replied, \"Mama... didn't you see
the beautiful girl up there? I remember you said its rude not to
acknowledge when someone smiles or waves at us... so i did...\"
                (gulp!-ing)

A series of question answer escalated... 😐

\"But there's no one there, sweetie... Where did you see this girl?'

\"Up in on that branch mama... she's so pretty. But she looks sad.\"

\"Who? What? Where? Who looked sad and pretty how...?\"

\"Pretty. Small and chubby. Like R here...
(pointing to my younger baby girl - then about 8 months old)

\"But, the girl just now was very fair and wore a beautiful red
cheongsam. Reali cute, ma! She is very sad to see us going out..
I think she wants to play..\"

                \"See you later, pretty baby!\"

\"S! Stop it! You just made your brother and sister cry...\"
My friends other children started wailing...

\"Why, Ma... i didn't do anything... Ma, wait! The girl is following
behind us... she says she wants to come along... Oh can she Ma,
                please... :please: ...?

\"You! Buckle up, and tell her to go. She cannot join us!\"

                \"But, Ma! ....... Well, ok then...\"

S shook her head gently and turned away.
S said, \"There Ma... she's gone. Dunno where. But she's not following
us anymore. She must be really sad. That wasn't very nice of me...\"

\"Go to sleep, S... I'll wake you when we're there.. Be a good girl now.
Mummy loves you very much.. The pretty girl may have just gone back
to her mummy too... you go to sleep, ok...\"

                \"Ok, Ma.. goodnight.\"

Turning her head to the back of the car, S said, \"Bye, i'm sorry..\"

In my friend's mind... geez... thought S said she was gone...

                It was a quiet supper.

Haha... I know what you mean.

Have never seen a (literally) 'fierce' guanyin before.
We have. It's a 千手千眼观音 which looked really fierce. Actually, I've always felt an affinity for this Guan Yin and never found her fierce but sashimi thought otherwise so we continued looking.
