I have a friend looking for a good student care in Toa Payoh area. Most student cares just get children to do hwk but for Pro teach we heard they do some tuition but I also heard that it may not be that effective. Anyone had any experience, what are other good student care centres around?

Anyone heard of well known tuition centres having student care centres? I was thinking I would trust their teaching more.
