I have never tried the fish spa before... sounds exciting! Heard that its not very hygenic though....

I would say close one eye if it is just a one off experience, of course, not to go for it every day. šŸ˜‰ Do go and give it a try one day, just for the fun of it. šŸ˜‰

25hourmaid...I pity your giraffe avatar la...keep falling down šŸ˜‰

Then I cannot help you. You have to ask Chief to let you in there, but if you think you know what the joke is all about, then no need to go and read it! šŸ˜‰

I think I will have to close both eyes šŸ˜‰ imagine all the fish rushing to bite at your legs...I recently went to Singapore Flyer and saw that the kenko there has a fish spa..is that a fish spa by the way?

Not sure if we are talking about the same place at The Flyer, but yes, there is a Fish Spa there.

Actually the experience is not that bad, so I don't think you need to close both eyes! The fishes won't bite your feet lah, more like nibbling sensation. šŸ˜‰

                  Haha, thanks 25hourmaid,

Might try it with my husband first before letting the children try šŸ˜„

By the way, your username is quite apt for most mums...25 hour maid,
                  sigh

My friend's 14 year old daughter was all squeamish when she first put her feet in as she found the experience too ticklish and in the end, wasted the money. :stupid: Luckily we did not buy a ticket for all of us, so another person took over.

Her 11 year son, however, found the experience fun and stayed in the pond throughout the half an hour, so I would say it's different experience for different people. My son and I enjoyed every minute of it, though.

Haha, yes, 25hourmaid is very apt for mums like us, right? šŸ˜‰ I always say I am a maid with no pay, no annual leave, no CPF, no retirement and not only that, still must think of the family even if we are sick, right? I am sure you would agree with me on this too! šŸ˜‰ Must go and report to the Ministry of Manpower for maid abuse!

Ok, must try..at least must experience it once šŸ˜‰

Yes, it is only now I have some time and quiet to myself.. actually I know of some stay home mums who give up their careers and dreams for the kids but then once the kids grow up, there is nothing much for them to look forward to...aiyo, I dont want to be like that..must have a life still.

I agree, there is no mc and all, no break..but the joys outweigh the pain many times so although we are 25 hour maids, it is worth it..but ministry of manpower should give us subsidy for doing this haha..or some other ministry...we stay at home, save the trouble of building more daycares etc..I think I am just rambling.. sorry, just happy to 'talk' to some adults here šŸ˜„

Yes, must try it at least once, just for the experience and fun of it. I enjoyed the experience and was telling my friend that maybe we should go back once every few months to get those dead skin off our feet! šŸ˜‰

Now you are the only sounding like a 25hourmaid! Still wide awake at 3plus in the morning, chatting here! šŸ˜‰

Yes, no MC, no break and whatsoever from a \"maid\"'s job, but like you said, the \"investment\" is well worth it, right? Given a choice, I would do the same thing all over again.

Haha, there was a Mother's Day's article in the papers a few years back and said if we full time mums were to be paid a salary for the amount of work we do at home, it can easily have 4 zeros behind! šŸ˜‰ My friends and I were laughing away and said how true! Maybe it's time to start getting a payslip from our husbands?

Oops, we are :offtopic: Better get back to topic - fish spa!
