Thanks for the info, but we are in the process of joining SHHK as well. Hopefully can get a recommendation from SHHK to enter him in Phase 2B. 😄

Just found out from ChongFu that the screening test will be 2.5hr for english and math, with small break in between. I can’t believe that! my son haven’t even ‘learn’ anything from the school yet and they want to let him sit for 2.5hr test!

I have a colleague who did not prepare her girl for the screening test as she is not aware of it.

Ended up her girl can’t do and goes to the last class.

My colleague said her girl is in the most lousy class.

The children are tested on English and Math. Will they only let the first few good classes take HCL??

I asked the VP yesterday regarding the reason for the screening test. She said they have "full of program" for the children but need to know the child’s understanding level before they can put them into the appropriate programs. I didn’t ask further on the programs they have.

I think we can only find out on 25 Sep during the orientation. I dun understand why they limit to one adult per child for orientation. Maybe overcrowding??

I did not prepare my gal for the screening test and my gal is the average K2 kid, not whiz kid or anything to that effect.

I heard from my gal the screening test is not difficult and they have a lot of time to complete the questions.

How do we parents know which is the "first" or "last" class? Aren’t the classes named after some virtues like "Gracious" etc?
