JonC:
I remember early this year, when my girl juz started P1, the P5 student helpers helped the P1 girls for 2 days during recess.eh... cannot really remember...
Think should be 1 week.
As all afternoon session, she \"senior\" is actually the P2.
During the beginning. the school allow parents to be present during recess time. think for a week, then cannot le.
They actually set a boundary for parents to stand n watch their girls during recess time. But not to buy food for them!!
Sorry for my late info, cos no access during office hours.. hee.. -

Hey all,
I will be Definitely be hanging around at least the first week of school.....my gal and I had this agreement already and after that she's on her own.I'll be sending and fetching her to school....
Does anyone knows if MCS public phone is the \"phonecard\" type or the '10 cent coin\" type...we are practising making phonecalls from a public phone.....
I've seen some MCS gals wearing the black school jacket....quite nice, the green one;which i think is the older version is a wind breaker or something...not as pretty....according to my gal...and i agree with
can't bearit...no need jacket right????not cold here in Singapore and their classrooms are not air conditioned is it?

Hi, sorry for the late reply.
My girl takes the school bus from Bishan as my parent stays there.
We send her there every morning.
She takes her bus at 11.45am..
Was wondering what time does DD has to get ready for school bus if pick up is at Sembawang....... Anyone knows?

Yes, it's very comforting to know that there are seniors to help orientate the P1.
