Yes, many schools will provide MO training for some of their students. Depending on the school, there may be a selection process to train only the more capable ones.

If you take a look at SMO paper, you will realise unlike Maths Olympiad for Primary students, there are no "out-of-syllabus" questions, or very few if I missed out. For students strong in Maths, they donโt really need external SMO tuition to do well in SMO. If they are passionate about it, they can pick it up on their own at this age.

Have you checked out in popular? There's a thick book that gives SMO questions.
It explains and give the answer. There is also a hint section. its green in colour.
