I understand MOE has a press conference this morning. But dunno why still no news. My MOE friend asks me to watch evening news.

I personally think Temasek Academy will extend to Sec 1 intake in time to come - not sure what is not ready yet. Esp with the addition of 7 new IP sec, Temasek Academy should really consider this move.
Now that you mention it, I think Temasek Academy will be one of the 7 new IP schools. -

7.SCGS -
Affected only current P5 students if not wrong.

IF confirm r those you listed:
ALL Have GOOD history and very established schools. can give those current IP school a good run for their money… especially those Independent ones… & i guess VS/Cedar and most would STILL remain GOVT schools… as per current… affordable fees! or less wealthy parents -

only Cedar & VS is government school, right ? the rest are Catholic / Methodist / and SCGS is non-religious aided schoolIF confirm r those you listed:

Is good news anyway!
The mentioned schools have lots of students qualifying for IP but instead choosen those schools for many reasons.
The standards of students are actually comparable to current IP schools. -
Watch the CNA at 6pm for english and 630pm@ channel 8 for chinese news.
