Dont think it is an issue since pub only get more ppl past 8pm in the evening. Tuition centers closed by then.

Actually i dont mind pubs (I can get a beer while waiting :)).
Jiang Education at Fu Lou Shou Complex is scary... got alot of \"foot massage\" places. You look down and really have a good views of the services there are offering - no wonder see so many daddies waiting :lol: -

With the kind of fees they are charging for their 精英班, I would have thought they could easily afford a more 书香气location.
Anyway, that's reason why I didn't sign up, felt kinda uneasy moving around in that building
