My DS didn't receive call. :oops: Is that for IB or for O level too?[/quote]DS had applied for the IP. Got the 'shortlisted' call and on Saturday when we went to ACS(I) for the Principal talk, my DS received the CO

On saturday, 90 received CO and others (dont know the number) received WL for IP. 54 received CO for O level thru sports, and they can get IP based on their PSLE results.

Why dont you call them to chk about the O level DSA results? Best of Luck to ur DS.

Welcome everyone who is joining this big family! My son is in Yr 5 with ACSI.

With thousand of students every year going thru 2 CCAs and managing studies, I am sure your son will be in good hands. I am sure IB is a good programme, otherwise why would other school applying to MOE to provide this programme as well. Including RI. :celebrate:

Time flies, it is soon end of the year. ACS (I) has been great place to be and my DS has had a very fulfilling one year …

Just like to know if IB students are not well accepted (entry) into local Uni. Heard those who take IB will most likely have to go oversea Uni. Is this true? My son is now in ACS(J) just want to find out more from experience mom. Thanks!

Yes, it's true, for the first batch. Not sure if the situation's improved.
