single citizens must be above age 35 then can buy resale flat - may be gov't think : if for whatever reason still not getting married, ok lor, you can buy the flat


two PR siblings below age 35 can combine and buy resale flat :

may be gov't thinking : lure them in, and when both get married, then have two more PR families to eventually hopefully to become citizens

i think all these schemes would not have been there if citizens procreate enough lar......but then some will go back to the successful policy of \"boy or girl, two is enough\" era.... still remember the bus stop poster of two girls sharing an apple under an umbrella ?
